Jeff Kershner

I’m the founder of DealerRefresh. I got my start in the dealer business when I was 18. From there I've worked throughout several departments within fixed to variable ops. Whether it’s managing the desk, perfecting internet sales process or studying online marketing trends, I absolutely love this business and the challenges it brings. I’m currently VP of Sales for HookLogic, Inc. Additionally, I continue to consult to dealerships. My passion has been and continue to be helping dealers understand how to leverage the Internet to sell cars and improve customer service.

Alex was one of the automotive industry's first eCommerce Directors. Whether it is the latest Internet trend or the oldest selling philosophy, Alex Snyder has a unique approach to the automotive business because of his years of experience. During these years Alex was introduced to Jeff and became a integral part of DealerRefresh. Alex has since moved from the front line of the dealership and is now the Senior Director of Product Design at Dealer.com

Ben Anderson - AKA "hair model Ben" is the President of AutoMotionTV, a leader in mobile apps for dealers. Ben is a regular speaker on mobile for many industry events including GM eSummit tour, JD Power, and DSES. Not only is he a real expert in mobile, Ben has a genuine passion to innovate. Aaron Wirtz
Aaron Wirtz is the Social Media Manager for Subaru of Wichita (formerly America’s #1 Suzuki Auto Dealership), and loves to surf on waves of data from the oceanless plains of Kansas. Malinda's marketing talents started at a young age when she secured the world record for the most Girl Scout cookies ever sold. Her company 1to1 News produces online newsletters for automotive dealerships that combine innovative technology with a touch of humor to generate industry-leading engagement rates.

Kevin Frye
Kevin is the eCommerce Director of the Jeff Wyler Automotive Family, and a long time contributor here on DealerRefresh. Before his work with Jeff Wyler, Kevin was an Internet Entrepreneur who pioneered selling cars online for both dealerships and individual consumers, selling over 500 cars on eBay in one year alone in the early years of eCommerce. With 8 years as a Naval Aviator, his leadership skills keep the Jeff Wyler Automotive Family at the front edge of automotive eCommerce.
John Quinn
John Quinn is a 15-year automotive vet on a mission to find-out exactly how and when he went from whiz-kid to old man. John Quinn started selling cars in 1996 because, like everyone else who starts selling cars, he needed the money.
