any guest appearances or is this all Cars.com reps?
C
The webinar will be presented by Ralph Ebersole, Cars.com's director of automotive consulting and dealer training. The session will incorporate anecdotes and tips & techniques he's gathered from the 150 dealer visits he completed in 2008.

We conclude every DealerADvantage Live event with a Q&A period, so there will be time to ask questions about issues you're facing at your store.

Should you be unable to attend the webinar, a recording will be available afterward at http://dealers.cars.com/live. You also will be able to download a copy of the presentation.
