Why? Recently, Pied Piper released the findings from their annual mystery-shopping that measures dealerships responsiveness to online inquiries.
While scores as an industry have remained steady 21 out of 33 brands did improve their individual scores.
So, here are some key findings:
The quick and personalized response wins the race The brands who do so gain market share. The brands who don’t, those relying on quick CRM responders lose market share.
14,500 mystery shopped leads were submitted. 7% went unanswered. Holy crap!
