DealerRater Adds Contact At Once Dealer Chat to Dealer Rating Pages

So this was announced a few days ago but I’m just getting caught up over here on press releases and posts; with several in the pipeline. I’ve also been working on the new design for the blog. But that’s for another time.

If you’re not already aware – in addition to a slew of new features, DealerRater and Contact at Once are playing buddy buddy and now allowing Certified DealerRater LogoDealerRater dealers to host their Contact At Once Chat application on their Dealer Ratings page.

CAO Silver LogoIn my opinion, this is nice addition and a no brainer for dealers that have discovered the power of Chat. Having the opportunity to chat with a customer while they’re at that “moment of truth” and reviewing customer reviews, has got to yield some impressive results. I hope to get with CAO after a few months of data to see just how effective this feature has been for the dealers participating.

DealerRater Selects Contact At Once! and Embeds Automotive Chat  Into Dealer Rating Pages.

ALPHARETTA, GA.
